I needed to buy a hanging highchair urgently and couldn't find anywhere online that could help. I found pram centre and saw the chair I wanted but the checkout option was defaulting to free delivery for 3 days time but I needed it sooner. I used their online chat option for advice and spoke to Natalie who was extremely helpful. She checked the stock and confirmed it could be sent out by courier today to get to me next day at no extra cost to me! This all happened very late in the day (4pm) and they were still able to accommodate my order and my request.
