Item was ordered online and showing stock but the new website had issues and there was no stock there. Had 2 emails apologising for the problem and saying that stock would be back in 2-3 weeks. This wasn't a problem for us so we waited for stock to come in. Good communications throughout and order was delivered in the 2 week period. Have ordered with this company before and will again in the future.
