I called Pramcentre to check the stock of my order the day after ordering. They said unfortunately the item wasn't in stock but they would call the supplier for me. Later the same day I received an email to say the item had been dispatched. When I called again I was told that they had managed to find one last stock of my item and it would be delivered the next day. This was amazing news as I was desperate for the cot I had ordered. They exceeded my expectation of delivery time and were very helpful.
