Very poor communication!!! Received a confirmation email to say my payment had been received which also stated to allow up to 10 days for delivery.
I then rang up on the 11th day to which I was on hold for over 30minutes to try and find out where my parcel was for them to say it had only just been delivered to them. I would of gone somewhere else if I knew how slow and how bad there communication on delivery would of been.
