I ordered mid October.
Chased a couple of weeks later and got a response to say the item was out of stock.
I then replied to say that I'd like to cancel my order as needed the item urgently and received a response to state that my order will
Be processed for a refund. On the 10th, I received a shipping notification and recovered the following day. Still no refund and item no longer needed. Emailed on the 10th, still no response.
