I placed an order for 2 items. 10 minutes later I called as I needed to replace one of the item which I ordered by mistake. after waiting 30 minutes on the line I gave up and emailed them.
Tried again next day with no success.
Received an email that the item that I wanted is out of stock.
sent 4 more emails asking to cancel everything and receive refund (they obviously charged for all instantly)
2 weeks later, no refund, no items and no luck in talking or receiving any response
