I ordered from you due to your 3 day delivery.
Tried to call you on the 4th day but unable to get through. An advisor rang me back on the 6th day & left a message to tell me the colour I had ordered had sold out. Tried to ring back again but unable to get through. I sent an email but no reply.
On the 7th day I received another phone call, chose a different colour & received it on day 10.
