I purchased a new car seat & family bundle from the online store.
Unfortunately the wrong seat was sent so i went to the branch in Glasgow who exchanged the seat for the correct one without any problem.
The staff were most helpful , friendly and professional and one of the staff helped me to fit the seat.
It was a really good shopping experience
