HORRIBLE experience with this store. Parents-to-be: be careful with Pram Center! They are disorganized, don’t answer the phone, and don’t meet deadlines. My husband and I bought a three-piece furniture set from them during the Baby Show in Glasgow this year (April 26th). Not only did they fail to deliver on the agreed date, but the delivery was also incorrect — one of the items came in the wrong color. In other words, they missed the delivery date and then called me to say they would only deliver part of the order because of the color issue. I ended up canceling the entire purchase and am now waiting for my refund… To make matters worse, I also bought a car seat from them at the same event, and the delivery timeframe was a maximum of six weeks. Well, the deadline is July 7 — and surprise, I haven’t heard a single update about the car seat. So, be very careful when buying from them. I do not recommend this store!
