I ordered the item (a slider crib). The next day I received an email to say it had been dispatched and the day after that it arrived at my sons home in Cardiff before 10am. It has not been opened or assembled yet as the baby is not due for a couple of months so I can only comment on the ordering and delivery service which was first class, it was also a fantastic price.
