I ordered an item on the 10th of May, we are the 18th of July and I still havent got it
I had to email them 3 times and got replies , we are sorry this items is out of stock it will be back within 10-14 days, its the second time they tell me that...
even if they do apologise, there is not offer of a discount or refund
very disappointing
