I ordered an item on the 1st July and i've only just received an email saying that they were sorry but this item was out of stock. It didn't arrive in time for the baby shower and they didn't let me know about this until I called them and then they emailed me a standard email not a personal response to my email enquiries and again didn't offer a discount or compensation. Really disappointing. Won't ever use this website again. Shame as I have 12 friends who are pregnant so they could have had a lot of service.
