Ordered 2 in stock items 24th August to then later find out 1 was out of stock so, I contacted chat to ask for the out of stock item to be cancelled and just send the instock to then be told they are both out of stock.
You should not sell to a consumer unless you have the stock or it's clearly listed as a pre-order.
This was my first and last order and now I'll have to wait 5 days for my refund
