Ordered a car seat a month ago. Been promised multiple delivery dates for collection in store.
Each time been told it’s not been delivered and that will be in the next delivery.
Been promised multiple call backs and never received a call. Customer service is non existent.
I’m going to go in store and get a refund at this rate my girl won’t need a car seat due to the false promises.
Waste of time and money using this company.
