I ordered a bugaboo donkey pram for my daughter who is expecting her 2nd child just after Xmas. They were amazing the pram arrived earlier than l expected looking brand new. The customer service was excellent l felt like l was dealing with a friend rather than a shop. They even put a card in saying happy Xmas and a book as a gift which l can read to my granddaughter. I was completely overwhelmed by the service l received and would highly recommend them. Thank you pramsy you are amazing and have made my daughters Xmas thank you soooooo much xxxxx
