I liked the staff and my treatment in the Liverpool branch but it's annoying that they did not tell you that the top -up session which is supposed to be the cheaper for clients who have already paid is truly not there.
I paid over 2000 pounds just to have to pay the same or even worse than someone who just started.
I dont understand. It's putting me off and it by in nonway to retain staff.
Just to let you guys know that they can unfortunately be very misleading.
