Not quite what I expected although recommenned by a friend.
No communication or friendly service from the staff, really rude. In the two last appointments that I had I had been told that the time for my appointment is 45 minutes later according to their calendar (!), caused pigmenation to my skin during the last laser treatment.
The only reason I still attend the Kingston Clinc is the difference I noticed because of the machine and no one else! Really disappointed!
