Tutors excellent and knowledgeable. I have done gym instructor L2 PT L3 and Sports Massage Therapist course L3/L4. The only thing that let the whole experience down was trying to get hold of certificates. As a military leaver this created massive confusion. Seeing as the owner of premier is ex military this surprised me. I completed my sports massage therapist course in May 2015 last year. I finally got my certificates in January 2016. Endless calls and emails to the customer service didn't seem to get the message through. Obviously I was annoyed as without a certificate I couldn't purchase the necessary insurance thus effecting my earning potential for over 6 months. Not even a apology or real reasons as to why the delay. I'm not unreasonable but when you've paid $$$$ you don't expect this from the leading trainer in the UK. Good courses, good instructors, average gym, bad administration
