choosing to train with Premier Training International is not a bad idea, the course content is so rich and well understood, the programme enrich my knowledge of Anatomy, exercise physiology, method of instructing and first aid to mention but a few. I can now confidently design and deliver fitness programme in the Gym. the Instructors are very good in terms of delivering and always willing to assist, the instructions were simple, clear and well packaged, reading materials were readily available to assist and guide you.
