Having retired from the Armed Forces at the age of 40 I decided to place my love of fitness and teaching in to the hands of Premier. I completed their 6 week level 3 course in 2013 with subsequent courses to follow in Level 4 obesity, diabetes, lower back pain and a few interest courses. Throughout I found the Colchester course and the London courses challenging and most of all enjoyable. The instructors were thorough and always assisted where necessary. Today I own a successful business helping others gain their lives back and have created a community in which clients train together as well as socialise and support each other. Without Premier and their professional staff I would not be where I am today. Very good is not what I would rate but extremely satisfied and I thank Premier for their continued support.
