We had 3 very well informed and patient tutors who all went out of their way to ensure we all learnt at the way most appropriate to each and every individual. I cannot think of one question posed to them where they had to defer and reply later - however you make sure they are trained you are doing a great job. The amount of information we have to ingest in a 6 week period is immense and the tutors were able to make we ate that elephant one bite at a time. The customer support staff are also very responsive so I cannot think of any way to improve - other than making the course cheaper!!!!!
