I ordered an item online last week. Then I saw the negative reviews on this site and was concerned to say the least!
Therefore, I immediately emailed Premier Motorsport Developments asking whether the item I'd ordered was in stock. I then followed up by telephone, which was answered and I was promised an email reply. I was then subsequently advised by email I would receive my order by the end of the week. This I did; it arrived on time yesterday, as promised!
