First class company delivering a first class product. I ordered two Pisa electric towel rails which were delivered after two working days. As the thermostat was not working on the smaller of the two rails, I called customer services, Jessica who answered my call was not only very efficient, she was most helpful in arranging a replacement thermostat/heating element to be delivered the following day, she also arranged for the faulty thermostat/ heating element to be collected. Will definitely use this company again.
