Very satisfied. Rapid delivery of the radiators I ordered, and good follow up by CNM when I missed the first delivery attempt.
Two things that could be improved:
1. CNM should provide a link to the tracking service. I found it in the end on the Palletforce website - but CNM hadn't mentioned Palletforce.
2. Delivery contractor should notify when they plan to deliver to avoid waiting in all day, and to prepare for arrival of an 18 ton lorry.
