Excellent experience both product and customer service. Ordered a Telica oil filled wifi radiator. It arrived the next day by courier, brilliant. Had a minor question about the installation so I phoned up. Really pleasant staff, was told I'd be called back in 5 minutes by the technical department. Neil phoned as promised and we had a good chat about the operation. He was very helpful and eager to discuss the functions. A great company, well done to all. The radiator exceeds expectations, looks lovely, gives out a lot of heat and the wifi / alexa functions are a bonus, especially the Kwh used.
