Before I leave my review I want to say what’ I think good customer service actually is! Every company can sell a good product. Every good product manufacturer can have issues, it’s how you deal with those issue, that shows good customer service. Bought a De’Longhi Fivy, Oil Filled Radiator back in 2020. Unfortunately, it developed an electrical fault, contacted customer services at CNM and they organised a replacement part, which was fitted and tested within 24hrs. Obviously, I’m happy that I didn’t have to buy a new radiator, having it repaired was considerably cheaper and helps that little bit for the environment by not having to replace the whole unit. That’s great customer service, thank you and keep up the good work.
