There were a couple of hiccups with my order, related to quality issues. The basin that I ordered arrived promptly, but was in poor condition. However, I cannot fault CNM's customer service team, who responded to my issues promptly. Jess in particular went over and above to address my concerns. She even took calls on her mobile during her day off to push things along. Whilst it's regrettable to have had a issue in the first place, I felt the proactive response put things back on track and I would be happy to reorder from CNM again.
