CNM kept me updated by email telling me the date for delivery and that i would have to sign for the parcel, which was helpfull. The parcel was well made up and the kettle was in perfect condition when i unpacked it. This is the second Catering Kettle i have from CNM and i had good service with the last one i purchased from them.
