Very good fresh whole coffee beans and at a good price especially when there’s a 10% offer on. Delivery usually pretty quick but not always. My main issue is that the company describes an order as “fulfilled” on their website when they mean “dispatched” - from the customer’s point of view an order is only fulfilled IMO when they have their coffee and if they are checking to see it’s status they want to know in an unambiguous way what is happening with it.
