Coffee fairly decent, Customer Service down right atrocious.
Coffee took almost 2 weeks to arrive, and yes it was in the middle of Royal Mail upheaval before Christmas, although coffee was shipped with Evri.
The really shocking thing was when I chased them for the coffee and they told me they would only chase Evri when the shipment was 9 days late.
Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.
