I really love the conditioner . First of all it smelled wonderful! I gave my 2 poms baths and used conditioner leaving on them about 5 minutes before rinsing while giving them a massage and trying to work some knots out from behind my pups ears. They're coats were soft and shiny and very easy to comb out. The knots behind my puppy's ears did loosen up and I am still working them out. I am very pleased with the product and will definately order again.
