I did try the conditioner today since my Yorky was a total matted mess, I soaked him in it literally it's working!!! I have one side brushed out, now the other side is tomorrow. It a keeper.
The shampoo is not so much , it didn't have a nice smell and pours like water and still carried a dog smell after rinse I put the conditioner on let sit and rinsed and still smelled of a wet dog.
