Wry opinionated people and not customer friendly.
Do not like grooming puppies.
Wasn’t good enough to upset my mother on phone but upset her again after the puppy groom telling her she would be better taking her puppy to an independent groomer and she should have brought him in sooner!
Also you can’t pay via debit card over phone which is ridiculous. They expect you to pay via a link on an app or email.
Won’t be returning ever!!!
