I have been using the collagen powder for 2 months. I put it in my coffee every morning. I appreciate that it dissolves instantly and has no taste or texture. I have not seen any changes in my skin, hair, or nails. I will continue to use it a couple more months. Hopefully, I will see some improvement in my dry hair, flaking nails, and crepey skin.
