I've been taking Primal Harvest for more than 4 months now. At first (within about 6 weeks or so) I noticed an improvement in my eyelashes. They are now even longer and thicker as I continue taking the supplement. Today (month 4ish), I can say that I notice an improvement in my hair - it feels thicker and styles well, like in the past. I will continue taking this supplement and hope to see continued improvement in my hair growth and thickness.
