Had an issue with residence after funding the account. The live chat support kept ghosting me and not replying.
The customer service team via email, told me i had to withdraw the funds myself. They closed my account without my consent and never returned my funds. sketchy company. I had to report my case to FOSTER BOON . ORG who facilitated my withdraw, I was able to get my money out. stay away from this company if you don't want to lose your money and if you lost your money and in need of help to withdraw reach out to FOSTER BOON .
