They declined my requests for updates by phone, email, or online chat.
They would not speak with me at all, only once a week, even after I begged them to offer any evidence for weeks. What I got was a hold.
Thankfully, T O N E limited was able to step in. I was cautioned to use caution and received a reimbursement.
