Am taking the super greens as I am on a restricted diet at the moment and have noticed that my nails hair have improved as they were beginning to suffer which I don't usually have a problem with .Also energy levels are much better. Chose these as I tend to forget to take tablets which I don't like taking.Have this at breakfast time very pleasant to drink and so far not missed a day 2 months in great product
