I have always had very sensitive skin (since a child) but over the last 2 years had a bad allergy which left my skin in very bad condition. I tried the hair/skin/nails supplements when I saw them on QVC and was happily surprised by the improvement in my skin after a few days. I have always taken vitamins and these are excellent, just the right balance. Now after a month my skin is not so dry and feels softer; looking forward to seeing how my hair and nails improve!
