I have been taking super greens for a few months having bought them before from Q V C. I feel very fit for my ages plus I am type 2 diabetic. I have always been slightly under weight & it was thought the diabetes was brought on by grief following the sudden death of my husband. I do Tia Chi & other fitness & feel these tablets have helped.
