The super greens are great, lovely flavour and easy to use. Although I've been taking this supplement for some time I decided to stop taking them for about 6 weeks and I really noticed a difference. My skin became flaky and my hair was falling out and now they are almost back to normal. I'm not saying that this supplement will work for everyone.
