The back-and-forth with their representatives about my withdrawal lasted for months, with constant delays in addressing the matter. Suddenly, my account was locked without a proper explanation. Fortunately, after filing a formal complaint with  M D  Ŗ K L ! M ! T Ĕ Ɗ, they were able to retrieve my funds when it seemed like there was no hope left.
