Bought a trolley jack via Amazon which on arrival was damaged. Contacted PrimeTools as they were the seller. Excellent service both on the phone & email & the trolley jack was exchanged with absolutely no fuss. It was their customer service that impressed me..nothing was to much trouble. Can't recommend them enough...10 out of 10.
