I was waiting on the phone for at least 20mins. When I finally got through to an adviser she asked for my order no which I didn't have to hand.I was advised she couldn't do anything without the order no.I suggested she use my post code. I had the feeling she didn't care whether she helped me or not. Not impressed with the customer service attitude.
