I've ordered 4 or 5 jumpers from this company and never had a problem but oh my goodness I ordered a jumper for my friend for Xmas with her horses name on it it arrived about 2 weeks after Xmas with no name on it great even though I paid for it I contacted them their answer send the jumper back and they will add the name and post it back at this rate she won't get it until summer also I noticed the quality of the jumper this time was poor iam autistic as well so feel I've been treated really poorly all I wanted was what I've paid for
