I have written two emails and made a phone call and I have not had a reply .
I thought I ordered a size 6 dress and received a size 2 .
I asked if I could exchange it . As I have said no reply . If there was a no exchange policy I thought at least you would have sent me an answer . I am disappointed.
I love the clothes and so do my granddaughter’s.
I have bought quite a few !!
