Jamalle dealt with our enquiry and he was excellent! This was the first time we had ordered this product and we weren’t really sure what we wanted so we needed lots of help and guidance. We ordered 10oz printed tote bags to put into our musicals themed embroidery kits. We are really pleased with the product and especially pleased with the service we received from Jamalle.
