Excellent customer service. Had a query and needed/hoped to return cartridges bought for a now defunct printer, which I then wanted to replace. George was extremely helpful, explained, and followed up with email detailing procedure to follow. Will be purchasing new printer and cartridges from Cartridge People with no qualms. Good value for money.
