I have just reordered some ink cartridges from Cartridge People, and there must have been a glitch on their system because instead of the last order coming up, it was a slightly different combination of cartridges, all of which I could use in my printer except one: grey! I did not realise the mistake, as I had not checked the order until I got my dispatch note.
Cartridge People are so quick and efficient, the ink arrived next day, so I sent back the grey by return post. The grey was in a separate box, and charged separately on the invoice, and when this was pointed out, George from Cartridge People phoned to apologise and tell me I'd get a full credit on my account. This restored my faith in Customer Service, and Cartridge People.
Now, weirdly, the order I wanted to repeat (from Feb 2020) has vanished from my Order History! It just shows that websites and computer systems have a mind of their own... and it always pays to check before the final click! Watch out for 'Rapid Reorder' sending you something else! I think this could apply to any website...
I really appreciate that I can get own brand large capacity cartridges for my printer, far cheaper than branded, quickly and, thanks to George, with great Customer Service, so I would recommend Cartridge People to everyone with a printer.
