The claim that the print cartridge "comes with a fully integrated chip unlike many other cheaper alternatives" is misleading, the chip is not fully integrated because it isn't able to monitor the ink levels.
The fact that it doesn't monitor ink levels makes it the same as most other cheaper alternatives.
